Average Time -- New Delhi Office

Hello all, my wife just received an email to submit her passport to the Visa office, feeling happy, i applied on 8th Aug, seems like things are moving faster now, fingers crossed. not sure hoe much time the New Delhi Visa office might take..but i am so hopeful now Smiley

stage 1 is usually very fast and NDVO request for passport very early in the stage..........people from 2012 are still waiting for visa.....the visa getting issued to people is very slow obviously coz of strike..........so u can calculate your time frame when u can expect your pp bk with the visa........not trying to scare u but its reality but welcome to the waiting game.....( stage 1 + stage 2 is 1 year now) practically speaking u can expect it by next yr now.....

Hey thanks for the reply, u know how exciting it is when things move a bit faster, for me its like 40 days when i submitted my file on Aug 8 , and i already received the Passport req, so thats why i got curious thinking i might get it sooner than expected , but now goin through the forms ..seems like they have peoples passport for quite sometime.
