Average time from EE pool entry to ITA

Can anyone help me out - I am pursuing Master's in Canada , but want to apply for PR in FSW scheme for Express Entry. So what documents do I need to start collecting from now - I have work experience letters only. Should my timeline be - book IELTS general , apply for WES and then appy in pool ?

Hi,
Can you let me know if there is a specific format for the work reference letters?
I have experience letters from all my previous employers with the start date of employment, end date of employment and last designation held.
Will this be OK, or do I need to get something else.

Can we have any recent story of when they got ITA after being in the pool? Seems there is now a policy of a minimum of one month. Can anyone confirm this? Posts to this thread seems to date back to 2017. I was thinking perhaps things have changed since then.
