Automated email received notification

Strange, I sent email to that same address and got automated reply. Check spam folder maybe??

No, I have nothing.

Is it because I am using Yahoo and not gmail.

I am not sure. I have already sent that email out 3 times in the last 3 days. So I don't want to over do it. You know! I am worried that the deadline will pass of submitting that additional information that they have requested for and they would have not received my email.

Please advice.

I did not get an Auto-Reply/Confirmation when I sent out the BioData email 24th Feb (2 days) Night at 11:30 pm. email id : CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca
However, when I sent out the Payment Receipt around same time, I got one. emai id : CPCO-Cost-recovery. CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca

did anyone got auto reply acknowledgement for Bio from : CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca ??

It doesn't matter what you send to that email address, you should get the auto response in any case.
And yes, I did get the auto response to both my last emails.

Same here........... I sent seperate email one for Bio Data and one for RPRF within minutes of each other.
I did get auto-reply from RPRF cost recovery, but waited till now for the CPC ottawa email.

I did resend the same mail minutes ago and got auto reply in a flash.

Weird, but i think gmail was down over the weekend.

I forgot to mention my date of birth in the Biodata email i sent. but have included full name, application no. and client ID.
is that Ok or should i resend the email with DOB.

In the table that they sent for the Biodata, did not ask for the DOB.

Just application number, height, eye colour, last name and first name!

I got the same table(without DOB). I don't think its an issue, since I submitted same table and got PPR.

Did CIC contact you finally? I am having the same issue... I have sent three emails to CPC-CTD-OTTAWA @ CIC.GC.CA and still have not received any automated response after five days. Could you please let me know what happened and what you did?
