Automated email received notification

Hello Guys,
Has anyone experience a problem such as this:

CIC sent me an email for additional information, I found that information and sent them an email back, but never got an automated email reply from them confirming that my email was received by them.

A few hours later that day, I sent the same email to them again, Once again, no automated email reply of confirmation of receipt from CIC.

I then called up CIC and the agent told me to send an email to CIC and inquire with them if they have received it. I did that!

Still no response. I am just worried cause there was a 30 day deadline on providing that additional information to CIC.

ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

I use a yahoo and not google and i still have not received the response. sent the email twice yesterday!

I just resent my email a few minutes ago and I am waiting on that automated response.

Strange, I sent email to that same address and got automated reply. Check spam folder maybe??
