Does anyone know if you get auto reply from cic after sending them document via web form. They requested for supporting doc from us but when we sumitted it we didn' get any reply indicating it has been received and under review like the do with emails. It did say tho successfully subitted. Pls anyone. Thanks. I' just concerned it was not transmitted to them.
