Hello, I work for a school, can I be an authorized representative on behalf students who want to apply for a study permit? I heard I'm not allowed to charge any fees for it, but its okay if I don't charge them anything, is that true?

Why cant the students represent themselves?

That might be a bit of a problem, if they are thinking of studying in an country where English is the first language. If students cannot communicate in simple English then it may be a challenge for them to study in English in Canada. Besides they will also have to pass TOEFL/ESL course before they apply with acceptable marks before they apply
