An update they asked my spouse to submit passport for stamping. All this is coming from Montréal VO BUT WE STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE ARC APPROVAL.
How do we know is has been approved? We sent webforms but no one is replying in Lagos VO.Is there an approval certificate or something on ARC.Please someone help

My spouse was issued a departure order in 2022 that turned to deportation after.He left the country in August 2022.We applied for ARC in March 2023
I had already applied for PR and added him.

which means you are not approved yet. In ARC applications officer would analyse what’s the purpose of order issued. possibilities in future you will be repeat that activity. Did he received Imm56 certificate of depature through CBSA

Then why would they ask for passport? They also asked us to pay for removal fees in April

which means they are going to approve your ARC. Before ARC approval they would collect flight fare around 1800 $. They will approve ARC and will send it to you.

Would you post full timeline from the application submission date? and which visa office did you apply?? country of current residence please. Im also in same situation

Added spouse April 2022
Removed from Canada August 2022-His refugee claim was denied.Departure order turned to deportation-He returned to Nigeria his home country.
Applied ARC March 2023.Lagos VO/Nairobi VO
He did 2 medicals in between the two years don’t remember when exactly
First ADR November 2023
Long silence
Requested for Payment of cost removal in April 2025
ADR for my PR April 2025-Update Schedule A and Supplementary Travel History for both of us
PCC for him-for Nigeria only
Passport request May 2025 for my spouse
Portal 1 request May 15th
