Authentication of certificates to get admission in quebec

hello everyone,

i studied in kuwait in an indian university.i finished my
BBA degree here and now wanted to continue my studies
in quebec.kindly let me know what attestations are
required here to prove the authenticity of the
certificates?

i already complwted my HRD attestation from india.do i
need to attest it from indian embassy and ministry of
external affairs aswell.
