Aus Citizen IEC program- application began in January need some assistance!

Hey guys, so I'm an Aussie citizen been living in NYC but I'm currently back home in Sydney. I applied for the IEC program in January in NYC, was accepted and had my biometrics done. Everything was pretty smooth and then I ran into a technical issue so have only just been able to upload an additional document to the IRCC website (1.5 weeks ago). In my application, under the require additional information section it says "not applicable". What do this mean? I have uploaded everything now so I assume I should be approved within the next month or so? Would appreciate some feedback.

See the IRCC web site - specifically the part I've underlined. I'm guessing this is the reason. I would definitely not expect approval within the next month.

Will IEC continue to draw from pools during the COVID-19 pandemic?
No, IEC will not be sending out new rounds of invitations at this time. They are on hold until further notice.

Will IEC be processing applications?
IRCC is continuing to accept submissions of profiles into IEC pools. However, due to service interruptions, applications are not being processed at this time.

No applications in process will be closed or refused due to a lack of documentation or inability to complete the application process in time, such as giving biometrics or completing a medical exam.
