Yes, it outlines a 3-year plan and we’re already approaching the halfway mark on that timeline. Which could mean that half of the planned cuts have internally been affected. Citizenship grants being the least priority for them, it makes sense that the impact is more palpable on our timelines as opposed to (say) family reunification applications which might be getting prioritized instead.
