Can you please check if the tracker link is opening at your end? I think the tracker is down. Want to verify if this issue is only for me or for everyone
If you change the Date on your System to Nov 10, you will be able to open the tracker. The Certificate expired on Nov 11 so this will bypass it

While filling the physical presence, how do we include the visitor time (days after PR are sufficient but the visitor time fals under the eligibilty period)

Became PR on Dec 03, 2021
Visitor from Nov 2019 until July 2021
Went backhome for 2 months from july - sep 2021
So do i include visitor status from nov 2019 until the day of PR and add the 2 months of absence

OR it would be visitor status from nov 2019 until july 2021
And another visitor period from sep 2021 until dec 2021 (pr day)

Please advise

Either one will work, not that it matters as you have enough days on the PR alone. But me personally would go for option 2.

It keeps running into the error 'Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.'
At first, I thought it was the same issue as the website error so I waited it out. Looks like the website error is fixed today so I tried again but no luck :( I called IRCC agents to track the status directly and they said Background was completed. Kinda sucks that I can't track my application on my own for now but hopefully I can create my tracker soon

Happened me for a while. Then I got an email about tracker after a week and it started working fine.
