Then u should send web form to ircc and inform them about this. Take the screenshot of the reply you are getting whenever u tried to log in . That’s what I did too and still waiting for reply. I’m sure they will fix itTried it all. Nothing works

Can you please check if the tracker link is opening at your end? I think the tracker is down. Want to verify if this issue is only for me or for everyoneI’m having the same issue. Got AOR on 22nd October and tracker email on 24th, whenever I tried to create an account for tracking a code is sent to my email.. but I never received any code , checked my spam and junk but nothing. So i just submitted a web-form by November 2nd to ircc explaining the problem. So I’m still waiting for a reply or response. But I believe it’s due to the fact that I used representative during my PR application and probably the code is been sent to their email.

I submitted my online Canadian citizenship application on August 27, 2025, and so far I haven’t received an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR). It’s been a little over 10 weeks now.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
I know the normal wait time can be around 4–8 weeks, I wanted to check with others here:
- Checked my IRCC portal regularly — it still just shows “Submitted.”
- Checked spam/junk folders for any emails from IRCC (@cic.gc.ca, @notifications.canada.ca).
- Confirmed that my payment went through successfully.
1. Has anyone who applied around late August received their AOR yet?
2. At what point should I send a Web Form inquiry?
3. Is there anything else I should do in the meantime to make sure my application isn’t stuck?
Any advice or recent experiences would be really helpful — thanks in advance!
