Hello Guys I got my AOR on 6th Nov. It’s 8th and I still cannot register for my tracking. Everytime I try it says invalid and wrong code. Any suggestions?

Are u including the HYPEN- sign with the UCI number ?

If yes try it without the HYPEN SIGN (-)

Then u should send web form to ircc and inform them about this. Take the screenshot of the reply you are getting whenever u tried to log in . That’s what I did too and still waiting for reply. I’m sure they will fix it

I would refrain from sending them a web form now, without trying at least 3-5 business days.

It took me exactly 2 business days to be able to create the account. If the AOR is Nov 6, OP can try again Nov 10

Hey everyone,
I submitted my online Canadian citizenship application on August 27, 2025, and so far I haven’t received an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR). It’s been a little over 10 weeks now.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

• Checked my IRCC portal regularly — it still just shows “Submitted.”
• Checked spam/junk folders for any emails from IRCC (@cic.gc.ca, @notifications.canada.ca).
• Confirmed that my payment went through successfully.

I know the normal wait time can be around 4–8 weeks, I wanted to check with others here:

1. Has anyone who applied around late August received their AOR yet?
2. At what point should I send a Web Form inquiry?
3. Is there anything else I should do in the meantime to make sure my application isn’t stuck?


Any advice or recent experiences would be really helpful — thanks in advance!

Sent Minor paper application and it received by IRCC on August 13, still waiting for response! Recently I have called them and received temporary application number but still don't have AOR.
I think they are processing Minor application little different than adults.
