My GCMS report came back and showed my file location is “Grant Review Ready PM03” with Vancouver office. All security criminality and background passed. Test complete on 1/12. Seems like only waiting for PM03 office assignment and review. Any idea what this means? Should I expect LPP in Mar or Apr?

Expect near the deadline mentioned in the GCMS notes for that section.

Is there anyone here who selected the “paper certificate” option when submitting their application and is still waiting for an oath invitation?

I’m a July applicant — LPP was completed on January 21 — Vancouver office.
Nothing to do with that, all has to do with incomptency of Vancouver office.

Latest news is September applicants are getting oath invite in Vancouver.

Do you recommend submitting a webform to request a switch from a paper certificate to an e-certificate, or is it better to leave things as they are and just wait? I have an important trip in early May and need my passport by then.

Nothing can get you an oath unfortunately, it all depends upon the officer handling your file.

I just want to expedite receiving the certificate after attending the ceremony by requesting a digital certificate through the webform now. I’ve heard that it can take 2-4 weeks after the in-person ceremony to receive the paper certificate, so I’d like to bypass that processing time by opting for the e-certificate. Does that seem reasonable?
