I hope IRRC won't schedule any oath on February 29 this year. Otherwise it will be another "great decision" from IRCC.
If you need to fill out some forms in future and it requires the date when you become a Canadian citizen, it would be challenging to do this, especially online forms cause this date doesn't exist in certain years, Only when it is a leap year like 2024.

That is a good thing to note. Hopefully they won't put you in that space

You will know the mode when you receive the oath ceremony email. I personally would like it virtual, since I moved address and don't even know which office processed my file (oath email might say). Still waiting for GCMS notes, though not useful at this point

I used Jan 22 to mimic what is on your tracker for exact tracking. Same happened to me, LPP was Jan 19, but updated on Jan 23

Is this Scarborough processing office? They hardly complete LPP that quick. You can check your test invite email to confirm your processing office
