8 months after the test and 9 months after BGC complete, got a fingerprint request again today. BGC in progress again. feels like groundhog day movie.

Citizenship ceremony "not started". All others changed to "completed" yesterday.

What was your test center and where did you receive adr?
I submitted the colored passport copies last year.

I was asked the same on Oct-17, sent the same day. Till date no movement & update.!!!
