Thanks for the details @rizwan150 - I did the same applied for GCMS notes on April 7th, received them on May 11th. Applied for CSIS and CBSA yesterday to see update on application. If you're getting ghost updates, it's probably a good thing as your file is being reviewed.
From the PR experience what I know is that CBSA will send you the notes via post on a CD.

@abbas.pasha They did ask how I wanted the CBSA notes delivered. I opted for electronic copy. Not sure if that option was available when you applied. Do you know how long it took to get the CBSA notes ?
I am talking about 2018-2019 time frame...
I also opted for the electronic copy.
I applied for the CBSA notes twice and it took about 45 odd days for the last one

Is it the only page you got, no notes section comes with it at last ?

I know when i did order GCMS notes during immigration application back then, t was a file of about 69 pages and at end there was notes section which has details of each step by officer.

I don't know how this one is sent, in same pattern with officers notes at end

Also since you requested notes on April 7, what does it say when it was printed on ? And does it have any corelation with ghost update on your profile that day too ?

I am wondering that when anyone print notes from their system, does that recird as ghost update too or not.

Yes @rizwan150 - It's a 51 page document with notes at the end by the officer. Did not share that as it has sensitive information including UCI, application number, SIN etc

It says generated on April 7th and ghost update was not generated for me. My last update was April 4th when they changed my test to completed.

Its ok, good to know that these are also detailed notes.

I know in my case i was able to understand after reading all notes of officers at different stages that they did my job checks at company through unknown sources etc etc and at that time, security clearance didn't get through i guess in couple of months time and then they cancelled it and immediatelyater i got PPR.

So, i assumed at that time that it was taking too much time for that clearance then officer cancelled the check and issued the PPR.

Curious to know whats happening this time now.

Also, i did my PR card renewal last year and that went through smooth without any delay. After AOR, in 5 days DM abd card was sent. I am not sure that in PR renewal, do they do the Background checks or that is not required

GCMS notes are now taking longer time, 2 months seems to be common period!
Yeah I guess everything is delayed now.

Just curious why there is no progress after my background check. Its been 4 months now. On the forum I have seen people getting test invite pretty quickly after background check is done.
