For the UCI and Application number what is the format to use ?
UCI: 1234-5678 (with or without hyphen?)
Application number: With or without "C" ?

I am sure you would have mentioned your email in the application form. You will get both email and postal mail for AOR, which would contain the application number.
Check your junk mail folder as well.

BTW, I don't see your details on the tracker sheet - If you sent your application in Aug-2021, can you please share the details?
