*** Advise Needed **
Hello Members ,
My family citizenship application was received on August 31 . Few days later I realized in section 5 (any other names )used I wrote NA .
Spoke to advisor and he suggested me to resend the application with the same fee receipt to avoid delays . Second application delivered on September 15 .
** My second application got returned today which was delivered on September 15 stating that it is incomplete . The letter says you forgot to check a tick box . However it was checked and nothing was missing .
*** I have still not received any update on August application nor it is returned . What should I do now ....
Advise is Appreciated. Thank you
Question 5 is only needed if your name was changed otherwise N/A is good as well.

You need to check your submitted application copy to confirm if all boxes are ticked. or not otherwise it will be returned.

Hi Admin
Can you make an adjustment to my application delivery date? My app was delivered on August 7th not August 8th.

Good to know Coz I’ve read on a previous page that one theory suggests that apps sent by courier might receive AOR sooner . Mine was sent by Canada post too. Fingers crossed as my original was sent in March and returned in August for a missing check mark
Hi Manardarali,
You haven't received your AOR , yet have you? My application was also first sent in March and then returned in August. I sent it again on Aug. 17, and am still waiting the AOR. Hope we won't have to wait any longer:(((

Hi everyone, may be this answer is repeated many times. But somehow could not find, but believe me I tried. If possible please reply.
After how much time after receiving AOR you can track your online status? And is the webform best way to change your address after AOR?
Thanks
Typically 24 hours after the email. Once you have access to ECAS, you will see an option to update your address details after you login. Best of luck!

Congrats! You and I have the exact same timeline, I am still waiting & praying!
Thanks and best of luck to you!! You’ll definitely receive yours soon:)
They seem do be moving faster compared to some previous months.
Don’t really know what this phase really means though as they say they might still ask for other doc if necessary.

Hi any one delivered there application in 25/8 or after and got AOR ?

Hi

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question but I am seeking your advice.

I have sent my applications on Aug 11th with Fedex & then they informed me that they lost the package in transit & it has not been delivered, so I prepared another file & sent it again on Sep 14th. 2 days ago I received AOR and today after checking the application online I found out that the first file that I sent on Aug is received & it is the file that IRCC is processing right now.

Should I call them to cancel the 2nd file I sent on Sep to avoid confusion? or by calling them this can create more confusion with the officer.

Thanks
