I applied 5 times but nothing like that… no passport request

Your name is probably not common enough to need additional verification. Besides, the ATIP request flow has a section to upload documents to support a request. People sometimes use this to upload their passport page, or other ID, therefore reducing the likelihood of the ATIP controller asking for it later on.

Ok … yess I always upload my identity.. may be that’s why they didn’t ask.

Did anyone try raising the webform in the last few days and got a response?

I raised 3 webforms last week. No answer yet.
1 - status of PR application.
2,3 - ask them to fix mistakes in BOWP. they put wrong passport number to BOTH of my BOWP (princ + depend). 2 out of 2. Seems officer was in hurry to fill documents or completely drunk if he/she could not fill 8 digits in 2 documents correctly.

Just called IRCC, she said we will not able to provide information regarding your application status due to Afghanistan emergency situation, they are not giving information related to application status inquiry calls.

First Covid, now Afghanistan situation & then next month election, not sure how long this Afghanistan situation will last, & if incase there is another locked down then? IRRC already screwed up express entry application processing time and life of the cec outland candidates.

Generally I raise a webform every week for updates . However, from last 3 weeks they have not responded me back.
I guess they have started ignoring me.

Moreover, it is almost impossible to connect to call centre these days due to the ongoing Situation.

I applied when I received the access to PR Portal and I got it after 3 weeks more or less
