I've seen posts on the forum where people have gotten ghost updates at like 2am. They can come at any time really. Best to call and see what changed, if anything.

Got GU on Saturday, got busy and did not get a chance to call them. Called them today and Application Approved!

Yeah, the processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months (as of end of 2019)
Specifically for CEC, the average processing time was 7 months.
