I'm not calling them anymore until i see a GU or 2 on my account. I used to try every 2 weeks since January.
I stopped calling, before Jan I almost use to call every month but then realized I'm wasting my time! lol!
SO I called them again today just to confirm if my eligibility was actually passed. Turns Out it was Recommend pass and still is, So I asked them are the transcripts for eligibility or for security, the agent told me that it is for both. Timeline posted below.Sorry for delayed response!
Yes, you have passed the R10 check without rejection!! Again this is a grey area in the IRCC website, they did mention "if available". But still, it depends on VO officers/processing agent. Hence, you are lucky. Just move on to your further process

Your criminality is probably passed by now as well, whats the date of issue on your GCMS notes?
Mine is exactly same status AOR 30th Aug CEC Inland.
I have order GCMS notes on 31st Jan, yet to get...what does your Criminality says in GCMS notes?
I only provided my official degree when I submitted my application, I didn’t provide Transcript (grades), is this an issue I should worry about?
Is this what it says in your account or is it also what an agent or GCMS notes say as well?
PS: I never ordered GCMS notes nor called IRCC, so my status is based on what is in my account.
