So the PR is $1040 and OWP should be $255.
You paid the biometrics fee of $85 which is is not necessary for inland application.
You paid $155 for the Work Permit Fee, but you missed the $100 for Work Permit Holders fee.
I suggest you pay the $100 choosing the holders fee when paying and send that receipt to them.
They will eventually refund you the $85 in the future :)
thank you

To everyone got work permit this month , Go to nearest service office ( service Ontario ) to issue SIN number
documents required :
original work permit
ID ( Passport and driving license )
thanks
That's only for people receiving a work permit for the first time, right? An existing SIN doesn't have to get updated when we receive a new OWP, correct?

I'm on an IEC so my SIN is a temporary one. I'd assume that I'd need to get it updated when a new work permit is issued?

You will have to take your new permit to service Canada regardless. Whether they change the SIN or not, the expiry date of SIN must match the current document you are holding.

They just send the payment back to my account? So I don't have to request a refund?
You can request a refund, but it is not necessary as they will do it regardless.

You can notify them through webform. Congratulations on the pregnancy!

where do find the webform? my wife got a newer Police Certificate which I would like to send in as well.
How do I go ahead with that?
Here is the link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

If your wife is the principal applicant, she will have to send it all under her information (her UCI). Unless she assigned you as a representative then you can submit the enquiry for her.
It is very straightforward, and you have an option to attach a document.
Be as informative as you can when you send the enquiry (what you're sending, why you're sending it). All the other info required are pretty easy as you have your application number already.
It can take up to 2 weeks to get a reply.

Have they changed the time frames a bit? Seems like the medical is coming towards the end of the process now as opposed to the medical request being issued, and then there being a long wait for AIP/DM etc.
