Hello all.

A bit of background from me. We are a family of 4 applying together for our citizenship (Husband, Wife & Daughter only - My son is already a citizen based on birth)
I first sent my application in February 2019, but it was returned back in April 2019 as I had missed dating the Online Physical Presence calculator.
I added the missing date and resent the application package in April 2019 (it was received on April 17, 2019), but they returned the package (We received the returned application on Aug 07) saying its incomplete as the payment receipt was missing. I had ensured all the documentation was correct, but it seems like the application package has been re-arranged and we cant find our Payment receipt.
We are re-sending the application today. Fingers crossed - wish us luck - we so desperately need it.

I will update this forum once i have more information on our package.

My application was returned too four days ago. I sent it initially on 22nd or 24th of July.
They said my application and that of my daughter was complete but that of my wife had a missing document and and we forgot to check off on one of the questions. We have corrected everything now and ready to send our package tomorrow.
My question to you is this, when you sent back your application, did you had to fill out fresh and new forms online for everybody again or you just made the needed adjustment and sent the forms back

I sent my application Saturday by courier and was it delivered Wednesday. Problem is I just realized now that my degree used as proof of language has to state the language of instruction, and it doesn't. If I realized this I would have added copies of my course history that shows all courses were done in English.

The question is, do I resend my entire complete application again today (or just missing data with cover letter), as another member has done above? Or do I leave it be and wait for it to be sent back/request for additional information?

I think it's better to wait and see what happens. A friend told me all he used was just his degree and he's now a citizen.

Oh my goodness!!! I just realized my height was not listed (I erased it and meant to re-fill it and forgot). I sent in copies of my drivers license which lists my height - am I screwed? Are they going to send the whole application back for me to fill in my height? What can I do to stop the application from being returned? Any advice please - Thank you!

We can see once in a while some guys call Sydney office and ask them about processing time ,... You can call them tomorrow. If they told you, they treat your application like incomplete then you can prepare another package and post it a day later with a cover letter explaining why you resend your application but if they told you that won't affect your application then you will be on a safe side.

Honestly, I don't know. But I would expect them to consider it incomplete. You could try to send a completed copy through the IRCC web form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
along with a cover letter explaining you realized you forgot to write down your height and if you have it, provide the tracking number of the courrier service you used to send your application.
