haha, didn't think of that! anyways - everything is in hands of almighty CIC officers and their mood that day. But I would report it and keep record of your communication with them - in mid-February, the straight forward applications will be already going through oaths, so the chances are high.
Oath? You think it’ll happen that fast? Nah, I’ll refrain and wait to see what date they give.

It seems, on average, it’s taking around 100 to 150 days from AOR to Test Date. We’ll see what happens..

My application delivered on 09 August. Yesterday I found out I forgot to fill section 5 of my main application form!o_O So I prepared another application (printed documents) and today I resent it for the 2nd time. I also added a cover letter explained what happened. The whole delay in the worst scenario would be 15 days (from 9 August to 26 August) but I hope when they open my new package and read the letter, they replace the old application with this new one.;)
Admins please update my info in Spreadsheet:
VPCanada
Physical Presence: 1112
App Sent: 21 August
App Delivered: 26 August (I will let you know if this changed)
I got AOR minutes ago!
As I described in that post, I sent two (same) applications, one delivered on 9th of August and the second one delivered on 23rd of August. I am sure that they attached my second application to the first one and processed it along with 9th of August applications.

I hope all of you guys get your AOR very soon.

Hi everyone. Just got letter stating about my application received by Canadian refugee and citizenship department. Is this AOR?? If yes then my details are
Family category - BRAMPTON
APPLICATION SENT - 3 AUG 2019
APPLICATION RECEIVED - 7 AUG 2019
AOR RECEIVED - 29 OCT 2019

One thing to ask I’m the only one received letter and it doesn’t contain any of my family member details. Is it Ok?

Congrats! How do you know which local office is processing your application?
Thanks.
As you know there are two types of local processing offices: 1- Permanent 2-Temporary

Permanent:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices/canada-appointment-only.html
Temporary:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/offices/find-temporary-offices.html

Based of your home address they assign a local office that is closer to you.

Thanks! So mine will be Toronto (Etobicoke) I guess.

Is there a way to confirm it? Call IRCC once my application goes to “in process”?

Yes you can call and ask after in Process.
Cheers!

Based on the current trends (I know it’s not perfect) but what do you reckon our test date will be (I know it depends on various things)? I calculated roughly around ~100-150 days after AOR. True?

My gf’s application was delivered Aug30. It was originally Submitted on May21 but was returned due to some missing explanation on her passport gap.

just wanna know, if ever papers would be returned again (hopefully not, but im afraid it would happen again), when should we expect it? By now, do you think they have already opened her application?

Following Calgary applicants in the 2019 spreadsheet, the processing time is about 7 months - my application was delivered Aug 1, so if everything goes right, I am hoping I'll be citizen around Feb-March. Also, July applicants started getting In Process already, so I am positive :)

Yes, That's correct. I think for Toronto it can take 100 to 120 days and for less crowded areas it can take 60 to 100 days.

If she missed a document (like passport copy...) they usually return application very soon (about a month after delivery date) but if she didn't fill a section of the form then they can return it just before AOR
If you filled main application form in your computer and then print it, you can check your saved pdf file to see if everything is filled correctly or not.

Do you think they can still return applications by now based on days of physical presence?

If she didn't sign and date physical presence form the answer is yes, they could return it by now but if there is something wrong in physical presence form data (dates, duration, destination...) if they don't affect that 1095 days eligibility condition, the answer is no. It seems they don't check data validation at this stage because they only import all data into their system and data validation checking will be done at local processing office(after In Process).
