i never spoke to an agent in ages. i just listen to automated system in a hope that something will changed in few minutes i know this is silly but i am bit worried

I feel the same. I did talk to an agent they said that since file is already in a different country they don’t have any info. They said that it’s 12 months nothing else can be done

I guess an automated system would read exactly the same as GCKEYS lines, but an agent (not all) sometimes looks at notes deeply. Can you remind me of the phoning sequence again press 4,,3,,1,,0 or was it?

Welcome back! Jotsran, How are you? I was ignoring that GCKeys to watch all parts of it down to the end, so my rough idea is around mid DEC I saw that thing changed from;- "We have not started your background check but will...........,,,,,," to the following as I see;--

• · Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
• · Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.
• · Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
• · Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
• · Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
• · Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made

Your file reached physically at NDVO mid DEC-2018, then also we cannot ignore holidays time with shortage of staff ++ a huge load of students applications applying to study in Canada. What a member told me that Students overloads will go away by mid-JAN. So then we can hope (ONLY) to see some updates. Nothing much we can do except for sharing views here so we get more courage at times to wait more patiently. Right?
And look at our's no transfer no nothing, we are not even at the door step of N. Delhi, may be it is being dealt with rt here or what? God knows. We chat here and find something to kill the time . We can check GCKEYS/ECAS 3-4 times daily to see if something popped up out of the MAGIC HAT

but that is not nvdo, that is bangalore visa office for people of kerala because of floods

PA is from Vietnam.
Local Police Clearance Certificate not submitted yet.

Can anyone share any known timelines or past processing trends for Singapore VO ?
