90% sure but Criminality for both is still due which I was told by Agent is for both after SA or MED. Rest is Eligibility which covers genuineness of relations and many other factors>>if OK>>BGC>> PPR But we are stuck at eligibility which is very urgent part.

Seems a long time for AOR from Sydney considering PA from other countries have received theirs much faster?
They say it's a 12 month process and hopefully the local visa office will be more efficient!
A recent PA from forum has just arrived here in Canada last week. PPR from Beijing and their total process took around 8 months.
( Nice Christmas Present ). It's good to stay busy and not worry. Background check may take some time.

It could be anywhere from MID JAN and onward but I don't see anything happening until then. Miracles can happen anytime Updates from Sydney not happening! Why? we don't know! Missed 2 Tuesdays w/o any updates.
Guesses>>Holidays season, overseas Students applications or some other overloads.

Till today Dec 12/18. Nothing else, no SA either. I have heard people receiving SA a day or 2 after AOR1.
Ecas for both PA and Sponsor says in progress

SA after 140days. Good grief. Still waiting for request for medical. Not sure if it will be within the year. Considering the holidays.

How do u get to know that ur file is moved to local VO? Did u get email ? I got an email after few days of my medical passed thatmy file have been moved to

Yes, I got an email telling me further processing will take place at the visa office where the Principal Applicant is.

Mine also in missisauga.. they started processing on 13 nov but did not receive any transfer email.

May never if whole file will be dealt with here. Ours is at Sydney over a month after Medicals passed.
It could be a good sign. They can process files now anywhere, your file may be sitting here but they told N DELHI to work on it , may be already All info is fed to GCMS and any where in the world any assigned office can work on certain things, however file will end up going to NDVO fo issuing of final visa.
