app send on august 21 and receive on 23rd, but still have not get AOR, i thought their might be something wrong then i call CIC, and they told me they still can't find my application. does it mean application is lost? or they are sending it back, at least they should tell me that they are sending it back when i call them. but they said they cant find it yet.

How did they tracked your app ? With UCI number or with fedex or ups tracking number ?

I am 15 august applicant waiting. Called them multiple times on 1800-242-2100. Option 4 then 0. It says higher than usual and call gets auto cancelled

it was tracked with my UCI and tracking number from canada post. you need to call them at 8am in the morning.
