You can register with the link below. I did mine in Lagos and we were each given a flash drive containing documents to study. It was a whole day session, 8am-4pm.They also have sessions in Abuja.

Why would they ask for a IMM 5475 - Authority to release personal information if we do no have a representative and is doing it on our own? Makes no sense.

Biometrics: We do not need fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

AOR : 25th July
MEP : 17th August

Have not received any updates after that.
