August 2017 applicants - Burlington, ON

Hello,

I applied in August and they got my mailed application on Aug.25th. I received the email from CIC they received my application on Sept. 27th. I checked my status online a few days ago, and saw there that the notification of my test (will be Dec. 6th at 9:00 am) was sent Nov 15th by mail. Then I realized they had my old mailing address as the mailing address (the home/resident address was the correct one in Burlington). I am now afraid they sent it to the old mailing address, which is in Czech Republic where I lived before I became teh permanent resident 4.5 years ago. I clearly noted in my paper application for the citizenship sent in August that my home and mailing address is in Burlington! I can't get a hold of anyone in CIC and now don't know where my test will be held. does anyone have the test at that date or any other date in December and know where they are held for Burlington residents applicants?

Why you didn’t changed your address on ECAS. Try to call them several times a day and may get a chance to talk to an agent. On the Ecas they ask to contact us and try to reach out.

I didn't check my account until a few days ago and didn't expect they would be so quick and then realized they had wrong address there. I am trying to call them but it's busy and I just get hung upon.. I am calling 1 888 242 2100, is there another way to get in touch with anyone and discuss my case and get this info?

Hi, can somebody help me with this, I paid for spousal sponsorship ( and then i want the refund for spousal sponsorship- the refund has not been processed yet), can I pay for citizenship application with the same credit card or a different credit card?
