Hi everyone! We had an amazing and beautiful small oath ceremony today! It was held at the Leuitenant Governors house, where he and the NS minister of immigration both presided. The Lt. Governor hosted a lunch and tea afterwards. Here are some of the pictures that were posted on their website today.

Congratulations to everyone who has made it in becoming proud Canadian citizens of this beautiful country, and good luck to those who are still waiting anxiously (i.e. ME) and haven't received any invitation to take the test. I have decided to stop checking my eCas and simply wait to receive a test invitation letter by mail.

On a side note, I think it would be better to still check ECAS once in a while. Some people did not receive their invite by mail and they only knew about the invite through ECAS.

I think for the test you will not receive the email, but the mail by Canada Post.

I don't seem to see much movement in Toronto. My has been in process since 24th of August and I am praying I get this sorted by December as I have to travel then!
