August 2016 applicants - Has anyone received documents checklist request?

Hello,

I met one August 2016 Applicants, original from Mauritius (African region) and he got the document checklist request.

I also file on the same date and same country but did not get the checklist yet.

Has anyone received same???

All subsaharian african who have enough mark should receive an e-mail to update the status and if you reject the updation then document check list issued
If your mark does not reach the required mark they send or they will send you an emails for intent of refuse

Okay, so to summarise:
You only get document checklist if you have enough points, right??

Else, no??
