Still no COPR, of will be two weeks since DM on Monday. We got an email for photos March 10th, but they received photos Feb 10th from us with the new sizes. So we are insanely puzzled. I should add, my husband called to book his landing appointment and was tolschis COPR was good until August 28th, the CIC center who conformed the appointment told us the same thing (and asked for him to bring photos to the appoinent) That will make five sets of photos that we've given them haha. I sent a case enquiry about if the COPR has been sent, and for clarification on the photos.

We sent ours express with a return express envelope and it took 10 days (was only in Ottawa for 5), including a stat. He's American, so no passport request. Just photos, we sent two copies in February because we sent the wrong size first time. But the correct size were delivered same day as the wrong size. We kind of assumed the same, if we were able to book landing appointment it must be on the way! Fingers crossed.

Ah OK. I'm visa exempt too, they sent the photo request with a request for a copy of all 40 pages of my passport as I had only sent in the biodata page in the original package. It'll arrive soon

No visa exempt don't have to send in the physical passport, just a copy and sometimes not even the copy. I've noticed here on the forum that a lot of the Ottawa applicants haven't been getting the copy request.

The one good thing about the passport copy request is that they give you the opportunity to send in a self addressed express envelope, so if you keep checking the tracking (like me haha) you know when the COPR is in the mail

Ecas updated today with 'We sent you a letter on March 11th. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us' does that sound like they waited two weeks after DM to even send COPR? I am so puzzled.

Visa exempt countries don't require to send their passport. I'm from a visa exempt country and just received my COPR yesterday I had send a copy of my passport with my original application.

And boom we got it.. Documents request email.. I'm a bit confuse tho cause they only have Schedule A form and Landing fee in the box but at the bottom says "Please note: Supporting civil documents and police certificates must be in English or French. If they are not, send a certified translation with a copy of the originals." Do I just send them what's in the box? Or everything

is there a August 2015 Spreadsheet?? I couldn't find...

Ideally, everyone should be using an annual spreadsheet so that you can see what's happening a few months before....as well as a spreadsheet for your visa office (to see how they do things)....monthly spreadsheets are not of much use for comparison purposes.

There is a link to the 2015 outland spreadsheet in my signature below. Unfortunately, most of the sheet is "locked" and there are many people who have not been added to the top part I think....there is a tab where you can make requests.

any news ????????

Nothing for me, either my application is lost after my February 16 FBI request or something is wrong with my app? I haven't heard anything in over a month, I applied for notes 2 weeks ago and last week we emailed our MP and John McCallum.
I'm beyond frustrated at this point as so many other US applicants that have applied months after me already have COPR.

I'm happy for all the August peeps that have landed or have recently received PPR!
