I am confuse about applying Visitor visa for my wife.
I got SA but still waiting for AOR 2

So should I have to wait for AOR2 for applying visitor visa or I can apply before AOR 2.

Please guide me. I am planning to apply on next month at the end and in hope I will get myAOR2 before that.
Please give any suggestions

It's hard when you can't even get to the first step. I knew I would be waiting a long time for PR but not for SA. It makes me worry we did something wrong on our app.

You can apply for a visitor visa whenever you wish, there are no guidelines each case is assessed on its own merit. Got an update from my ECAS.. but i didn't receive any acknowledgement letter.. I just entered my UCI number and it appeared in process last October 7, and medical result received.. thank god!

Awesome.. Happy yours able to get update.. We got ours on October 8 and was able to log in after 2 days.. We are now waiting for SA which we are expecting next week.. Your a day before us so you should be getting yours first.. Good luck

Hey guys CIC updated their page on October 13. They are now working on applications received on August 17, waiting time for SA is 63 days now.

Yeppers.. That's when we are expecting ours.. Oh cool I just noticed your app was also received on August 26, same day as ours. We got our AOR on October 8 and ou guys on the 9th.. That's cool.. Are you guys able to log in to Ecas?

They are past those dates working on, Im August 20th and got SA, and in 61 days, everyone after me will be looking at next week for sure. Best of luck to all.

Sweet congrats.. Yea I know they are lol they are always behind with the update on their page. We get more accurate updates in the forum. We are On August 26 and Yeppers we are looking forward to next week

"You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor".
So thats that for the SA part.

The message also states that the application for permanent residence was forwarded to the visa office in Tel Aviv...
