Congrats! So glad to see one of us that has been waiting longer than the others get approval! Good for you! Now if only they would work on the evil number 13... lol

Thank you I know what you mean. We were getting so anxious wondering if we might have sent it to the wrong address :b For us it went more with the processing times on the CIC website.
Since Oct. 10 they state they have been working on apps. received on July 30. They should update tomorrow where they are at now- should be Aug. 1or more!

finally! No AOR but received sponsorship approval just a few minutes ago! Our file has been transfered to cpp-o. Now we must file for Quebec...

For you guys waiting for AOR, i got mine thru email.. Im trying to clean up my mailbox and accidentally check my bulkmail... And voila it was there all along ... 2 emails from cic , 1st one saying that they received my application and the second one my AOR.. So goodluck to all of us!!!

Uhmm, you received 2 AOR? maybe one is AOR and one is APPROVAL... coz i got 2 emails two... first one is my AOR and then second is APPROVAL

After so long we finally got our sponsorship approval email! So Cheerio, UK2Can and the others on the 13th should be hearing in the next day or so (if they haven't heard already). Can you update my info with October 16th for the Approval, no AOR was received, and the date the app was originally sent was July 31 (received Aug 1). Oh, and Manila is spelt incorrectly. Thanks!

It seems to be a good week for Augustees =) I'm hopeful that us stuck around the 13th will hear something very soon.

We got our AOR in our inbox and the sponsor approval in the spam/bulk. I didn't expected it to be in the spam because we got the first e-mail in the inbox.
