Right i know that things are moving slow but here's my logic, they are gonna pick up speed as the finish June and get into July and by the time they get to us will be really quick again lol.

regarding the new form:

it is said that they are ENCOURAGING us to answer the form electronically to generate the 2D barcode,
can we still print/send the form WITHOUT the validation/barcode?

the old forms are still valid for a while. I can't remember how long for, but you can still use them now.
 
Yes, count me in there too. I'm applying outland. Almost done my paper work. common-law partner just got the medical checkup done 2 days ago. I'm just finalize my papers and will send them out by next week.

Would August-ites send Canada Post "deliver packages ontime" vibes please... I was hoping my hubby would have the application yesterday, but nope. Please let it be monday! He can just take his papers to the post office, attach them, sign his life away, and ship them right out to CPC-M, getting them there by the 27th... please please please. I don't wanna be in september :'(
 
Sent Fedex yesterday, after staying awake to 2:00 am finishing the package. I am seeing those pages in my dreams, stressed that we left something out.
Finally we can (almost) start hoping.

Yeah, more peeps joining August...quite a diverse VO as well...would be interesting to see if the timeline matches the website...i take it all of us would have used the new IMM0008 forms with the barcode? Curious to see if that helps processing...

I've started to use every wednesday as a little goal date lol, i look forward to getting cic update even if the time is getting higher its another week toward my goal lol.

Heres a little something to get your mind off waiting, only 4 more month pay days till chrismtas so lets start planning to get our mind off things.
I've told the kids they can have 2 presents this year and put the rest of the money away and buy stuff when we arrive in canada (save on the shipping costs lol)

I just wondering do we have to enclosed them few envelopes with prepaid stamps? Do any one know? What about the address they give us was the PO box, should that be ok to send them also by Courier?
