We sent them on 7th May they were sent to canada on the 17th May the letter are dated 19th July and we received them on the 16th August so am very very happy cause now i can get their canadian passports.

We are applying to Buffalo. They say its 11 months wait right now. Crossing my fingers it won't take that long

Wonderful to see everyone getting their app in! Congrats to all!

Well, our translation is done, and some good news...I didnt think we would get the medical done and I was planning on submitting it after the fact with a note. We had a little complication with the dr, originally he didnt want to do the examination until we had submitted the app. We kept on telling him that the process was different for spousal. Well, I placed a call and email to the consulate and they reached him and have straightened him out!

So, she will see the DMP monday! Uhhhuuu! I just hope he is not pissed about the consulate calling him to explain the process! HAHAHA!

So I am really hoping by middle of next week I should have the remaining pieces and will mail the app. Its psychological, but I want this out of here in August. As others have said, my room and house is a bit of a mess, as this is really like a second job! But we are almost there!

leroadrunner so glad you managed to get things sorted with the doctor.
Again we have come round to the dreaded Wednesday, i will be keeping a close eye on the process time and will post when we know.
Fingers crrossed guys that it doesnt go up again.
Keep the apps coming guys :)

Hi peeps, the application was received by CIC yesterday at 12pm so i can have the blue and column now on the spreadsheet :)

Leo, my dmp was being difficult as well, he refused to put my name as principal applicant in copy 2 of the medical exam, he actually put my husband's name, as he said that is the only way to show my relationship to sponsor as person being examined, despite my husband explaining over the phone to him he has his own part 1 to show that and that was what the guide state. I couldnt call the visa office as it was saturday and he refused to physically examine me until i agreed and I had by then done the urine and blood test.

I asked some of the forumers on this and they told me to write a note with my application explaining it and lodge and official complain. I just wrote a note and took the risk of the medical being rejected as my PCC was nearing its 3months validity if I didnt mail e'thing to hubby. i figured I stil need to do another med exam since it takes 10 months of process anyways so next time will fly interstate to another dmp.

Another August application checking in! Outland spousal sponsorship landed at Mississauga this morning! (Even though I paid for next day on Monday...I guess lesson 1 in Canada Post: Don't trust Canada Post?)

Relaxed for a few hours, now I'm just nervous waiting for news! Too soon! :)

Oh yeah, processing in Buffalo.

GPS...did u use the "deliver by 12pm next day or money returned?" coz that was what my husband did and when he tracked on Tuesday nite, it said in delivery truck and by Wed afternoon, it said delivered Tuesday 11.59am.... :D 11.59? Really?

They have updated the sponsor (spouse) processing time and now it is 55days :o ???
