August 2011 applicants lets get the waiting game started :)

Oh thats great news lerodrunner i have fingers, toes and legs crossed that it arrived quickly and that you can get your application sent off asap.
On another note you will have to bare with me at the end of the week as my daughter has got to go into hospital and have some kidney stones removed so i wont be able to get on but once bk i will update the spread sheet as needed :)

hey I sure hope your daughter's not in pain, and she gets that sorted out with ease.
 
New forms

Anyone use the new forms in here?

Form IMM1344E - Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking: Question 9:

'If you are a permanent resident or a naturalized Canadian citizen .....'

So if we're a citizen by descent, is that an 'n/a' there?
 
Thanks syedgj, she has had some pain but it will soon be over.
Regard your question not sure what hubby put but i know they guide helped him answer it.

Thanks for all the surport guys, it's so nice to be in such a great group of people.
She had some out in March and had a had time so im hoping this time goes a bit smoother.
Will be here till Wednesday :)

thats a Good question, i have been so confused over this Question.
my spouse is in pakistan and am applying as her sponsor. what should i write for
visa office selection on the main page for App for PR form?

I would think the office should be Islamabad.
 
Essex, so sorry to hear about your daughter..try getting her to drink boiled barley, i hear it helps cleanse the kidneys...

On a happier note, the applications were mailed today!!! We decided to go over it again over the weekend. Yipee....so relieved, has been a nerve wrecking period, so happy to get it over and done with..no more arguing with hubby on correct way to compile from miles away, what to include and what is too much detail...it even got to the point of him showing his building's smoke shop owner the pictures we are sending in to get 3rd party view if the relationship is genuine. He told hubby that if you were faking it, it sure had cost u a bomb for all the props on ceremonies and festivities and trips taken in different countries LOL

So 52 days and counting!! Will update when we received the acknowledgement of receipt from postal tracking...so so happy, so so very happy today...no matter what happens, I am happy we got through this part.

I am grateful for this forum as well, a support group that keeps me sane. None of my family and friends understand the anxiety caused by this aplication. thank you all...here's wishing everyone will receive speedier approval! Summer's over CIC, now get back to work and approves em applications :)
