August 2011 applicants lets get the waiting game started :)

Hi August peeps!

I am in Canada and my husband is in Ecuador, so we go through the Bogota office.

I am going to send the application off today or tomorrow! And I couldnt sleep last night! Have I included everything? Are all the n/a 's there? Is there anything I can add? Is it worded in the best way? I have worked so hard on this, as we all have, I almost don't want to let it go.

syedgj, ask away. there are some real experts online and some joe average applicants, like me, so you gotta sort through some of the advice, but for the most part this forum has just been brilliant.

Congrats to all who've joined the august forum--its always a relief when you send off the application but then u begin wondering if you gave them enough proof and didn't miss anything and also an occasional day dreaming of maybe it will go so fast--see looking at the time lines first stage approval is in 49 days so looks like we're looking at mid-end of Sept for the responses from Mississauga.. am already addicted on checking cic and reading all the success stories from other timelines--so here's to hoping the august thread goes smooth and fast for all of us--any good plans for the weekend?

Oliviadem you are soo right with the application it akes me feel sick lol.
For the next 48 days i gonna being doing everything and anything to get e off this computer lol. Taking the kids swimming i think cant take computer there lol.

sorry I meant the sponsor approval after 49 days
AIP is approved in principle
 
Well what i've been reading it seems pretty ramdom.
Some have had by email some by mail and some have even had it by both.
And also check in your spam box in your email ive seen people get emails in there too.
 
thanks.. yeah that's what I've heard too. Ugh wish I knew exactly how it's going to come!
 
My update is -- application received at Mississauga post office on Canada post Tracking System ;D

I wish I could mail it one day earlier. :)

weekend is hurting me even with next day delivery express post..

Long wait till monday..

sigh.. medical is going to take a while. it's hard to get an appointment at the designated places in karachi. that's my bottleneck at the moment.
