Welcome syedgj i will add you to the spread sheet you can find the link at the bottom of my post. Which visa office are u using?
Keeps us updated on how things are going :)

Just waiting on some translations and we should be ready to mail. Doing outland, I am in Ontario while my wife is in Brazil...it was a real pain to leave her. I really wish they had a process started before getting married to prove the relationship, so that you could just get a stamp once married instead of this waiting apart game, where they wont let her come here. I find this real backwards...just my opinion and frustration.

I cant seem to be able to access spreadsheet.

Yeah my fault just meaning that lol.
I hope everything comes through for you fast and that your wife will be with you soon.
Keep me updated :)

I am mailing my application for spousal sponsorship today..

All the best to all August applicants...

Lets hope for the best.. Do we have any spread sheet for august applicants??

Sorry.. i did not see the spreadsheet before.. it is there..

good luck

Hey kuku well done on getting your application sent out today.
Which Visa office are you using?
Thanks will update :)

@essex

My visa office will be New Delhi..

Thank you

I was just wondering how you guys managed to mail it with express post ? Mine is around 1 kg with 3 separate envelopes that I am planning to put in one express mail envelope. Do express mails accept this much weight ?

I am in the UK and at the post office i did it Global express.
The weight was 0.6 kg and it cost £53 so quite a lot of money but so worth getting it there before the weekend :)

ya its pretty expensive.. but it is worth.. :)

How come you applied from UK ? are you a Canadian Citizen ?

and thanks for updating me on spread sheet... :D

Sending mine out this month. Been a small nightmare getting everything sorted. Sending it from inside Canada but have had to send off a work permit application at the same time so I can continue working in the interim. Cannot face another few months of no work!! Although staying in throughout the whole of winter would have been a dream come true!

Welcome uk2canada10 i know what you mean about getting the things together, sort of drove us mad lol.
Just wondering what visa office you are going with so i can update thanks :)
@kuku My husband is a canadian citizen and im british, he is also a british citizen so he is here with me then we will all move to canada together. :)

@essex

Sounds great !!!

yes I agree...it has been a quite stress full time for us...collecting all documents, making sure nothing is being missed... it was all i cant even put in words now...but I am happy today..the day has arrived and I am ready to mail my application.

and Count down starts now.. Staying away from each other is also painful.. my visa office has mentioned processing time of 6 months...so next 6-7 months are going to be very critical..

thanks essex! :)
My wife is American my birth, Canadian by descent. I was born in the United Arab Emirates, Pakistani by descent. We're in Karachi presently, so our visa office will be Islamabad I suppose. I going to be asking a lot of newbie questions, so I hope that doesn't bother anyone.. :)

Thats fine syedgj ask away and if we can't answer then ask on the main forum, i've had a lot of great help from this board.
I'll update asyou guess let me know :)
