CAP signifies completed application packages and it might be possible that when your application reaches CIO, there are already 100 of applications waiting in queue to be processed, which for obvious reasons wont be reflected in the CAP update..........

Since it is first come first serve, so say if all those 100 applicants have PER, application will be out of CAP, again for obvious reasons........

CIO informs in writing with a reason corroborating the rejection/return of package

Your application could be on the way back to you. What I find it so unfair is that each week they update a little increment ..and now we now it was just for show!!! Do you know anyone else also experience the same thing like us? Also, this is what I am going to to, email them back and seek for their clarification. I know it's too late but let's see what they have to say. get together and do something....

It will be in vain to seek any clarification friends on this...........dont lose heart and wait for June, 2012 when they will re-open the CAP

So, from your response what i understand is we can't believe in http: // www cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp , right?
If so, why i didn't get any email response from them? my agent has to know this, right?

Agent has no fault in this because even agent goes as per the CAP details furnished on the site............

No one except CIC knows whats the actual status of applications reached............some caps specially food managers and nurses get filled on a rocketing speed while some dont get filled even in one year.........

My advice is that dont lose heart and wait for the right time because whatever God does, does for the best............

You should have got a revert from CIC which might be on the way in the form of package return (God Forbid)........but since you havent got any, you can still hope for the best...............my advice is write to CIC before arriving at any conclusion.....they will get back to you within 4-5 working days..........all the best

If they encashed my DD, is it mean they accepted my application?
I am positive, i didn't get any response, so i think they will accept mine too.
Again one more question , if they rejected, do i need to wait untill next june? Also in next june what is the probability of Registered Nurses there?

IN my opinion, they will only encash your DD if you passed the eligibility review...........has it been encashed? Please note that am not an expert of immigration and am sharing whatever i know..........

Registered Nurses always remain in the immigration NOC and hopefully it will be there next year but i cant comment upon this since no one can know whether it will be there or not ......

Usually CAPs are opened once a year ..........so if you got rejected (God Forbid), you will have no option but to wait till they re-open

it looks as if there is no back log anymore. so the cap update is trully reflective of the application received and AOR issued.
