may I know what NOC did u apply? Is it 3152? When did the CIO received your application? I wish also I will receive my PER like yours. I applied last Aug.4 but no news yet. Some blogs says that the quota of 3152 has been reached end of July already but hopefully it's not true. Can u share your good news also to us... Thanks

my noc is 3131.cio received my application on 16th august2011,and my dd charged on 25th oct.stay positive faith on Allah and Inshallah u wll get yr per soon. ;D.good luck 8)

i recieved my PER on 16 November 2011.
i applied on the 20th of august and application was recieved on 25th of august.
CIC is working quickly now as the heavy load of july 2011 is cleared which is good news for post july applicants.

I, from india now living in ireland, applied for canada immigration as a registered nurse, to Centralized Intake Office, 196 George Street, SYDNEY, NS, B1P1J3, CA on first week of august by courier and stil now (17th nov 2011) we are waiting for their response. We attached DD for application fees, so we dont know whether they processed our application or accepted or rejected. how we will get this information?

Simplest way is to check whether your DD has been encashed or not........if its encashed then your case is through and if its not, then you have no option but to wait or write to CIO

Brother, its uncanny that you dont have a copy of DD or for that matter not even the DD number........y is it so? In such a case you have no option but to write to CIO at email contacts given on the CIC website

I have seen people on this forum who have sent their application and after months when they write to CIO, they receive a revert from them that CIO doesnt have any records of their application.


Are you sure your package reached CIO? did you confirm that from your courier company?

I got confirmation from courier that it reached on august first week.
If we know DD Number, is it possible to check with our Bank, is it cleared or not?

Yups.......

if you have got your DD details, you can very well confirm whether it has been encashed or not from respective bank........in fact i just checked my DD encashment from a bank and they gave me the relevant information...........

One more thing, pls check your NOC for CAP as on date of receipt at CIO

You could be right about this news.

I submit my application and reach the CIO on the 11th August.
On the 27th October, I received an email, that my application will be returned
because cap for NOC 3152 has reached 500!!

How can it possible when I have been montoring weekly that they update about an increment
of 10 on their website?! On the day they receive my document, it was less than 130 of completed document received by them,
according to the website.
From the time they open their door for NOC 3152 and time when they receive my application, was only 41 days. How can it reached 500 in such a short period of time??!!

I am so sadden by this matter....did your application get returned too? Please share with me.

Anyone out there who apply for NOC 3152 also experience the same thing??

thank you very much for your information.
On 10th of august 2011, CAP reached was only140 and after Sepetember first week only it reached 500. I checked in http: // www cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp and i confirmed cap reached after my application reached. There was information in this page when that page updated, so i can confirm that
