ATTN: PMM & other experts. LMO submitted has been cancelled, replace new file#

Hi PMM & others,

Please help me what to do. I re-submitted my applications April 27 to Canadian Embassy Jamaica. My employer called me today told me that my LMO has been cancelled yesterday due to accommodations issue then the Service Canada provided a new LMO for me. Is it possible to email the embassy about my new LMO? I know for sure they'll deny my applications once they validate my LMO & show that it has been cancelled. What's the best thing to do? PMM please help. Your help is highly appreciated.

You can send the new information using the "case specific inquiry" email address. Be sure to include your file number, client ID(if applicable), date of birth, name, etc to help identify your fiile. Attach a copy of the new LMO and a letter explaining why the other LMO was cancelled. Save their email in your "safe senders" list so that their reply does not end up in your junk/spam folder.

Thanks for the info! However I still don't have file# since I haven't receive an AOR. Our application was returned unprocessed Apr.25 & no file number has been created. I resubmit my application Apr.27 but no news yet. I haven't heard from them.

Anyway I tried your instructions and it works. This is the message I receive from them: Thank you for your e-mail. It has been received by the Visa Section at the High Commission of Canada in Kingston. Your e-mail will be answered as soon as possible.
