I am a Canadian Citizen who now lives in Australia. My 15 year old son would like to apply for his Canadian Citizenship Card (as he qualifies as a citizen by descent). He then wants to move to B.C. And live with my parents and attend high school there. Is that possible?
Is the Citizenship Card all he needs? I found a form that would have us (his parents) sign over custodial guardianship to his grandparents.....is that all they need to enrol him in school?
