Hi,
Did you submit your claim in 2022 inside Canada and you still had no hearing?

That’s long process. I applied in 2022 April. And got positive decision in January 2023. Applied for pr in May 2023. It’s not fair what’s happening to you.
Congratulations brother. I don't understand why this issues in my case still waiting lawyer asked me your security check by cbsa there for you case is stuck

Thank you. I hope you get good news soon. I feel you. Even everything was fine for me from the beginning but still stressful.

I would suggest you to contact CBSA Intelligence and Enforcement Branch particularly National Security Screening Division in the place where you claimed asylum by fax, phone number, mail or email.

the IRB has no control over FESS and can not intervene with process, they maybe schedule a hearing even without FESS confirmation from CBSA.
take a look at:
https://www.irb-cisr.gc.ca/en/legal...structSecurit.aspx?=undefined&wbdisable=false

Try this CBSA generic email: CBSA.Asylum-Asile.ASFC@CBSA-ASFC.gc.ca it might help, you must write at top of body message your refugee application number starts with L, your full name, phone number and explain your situation.

If you are sending a letter by fax or mail, make sure you write your full name, UCI or IRB file No, contact information (include your family info if they applied with you)

Expect a call from unknown number
