ATIP request

It has been 37 days that i requested for an ATIP and no one has contacted me with the information i need.
So i emailed :
ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca
For a status request about my demand.
But no one has replied me either.
Can anybody tell me how to know my request's status or anyone has been through this also?

Same thing happened to me can you tell me what you did and what was the reason and results please. Thanks
