ATIP Reports

HI all..though my citizenship application is almost over without any hassles and delays, out of curiosity, I ordered an ATIP notes (electronic) to keep for my reference. However, after 30 days, I got no response and I send an email reminder on 31st day last week.
If you had successfully received ATIP, can you please let me know:
1. If this is send by CD or email?
2. Is it usual that the report takes 30+ days?

If you marked 'email' during your initial request, you will get PDF to your email. (I guess that's what you did)
My last ATIP was late by 15 days. Send them another reminder after 5 days and they will probably mark your request as a 'priority'.
