ATIP notes of Officer by email or by post?

I ordered the officer notes of my PR card renewal, this 5th it will be 30 days. My application is in secondary and it has passed the 6 months stage, there is nothing preventing my renewal except for the travel part esp to Middle East. I already submitted the entry exit and other stuff they asked. So I was wondering why delay unless no one is working on the file so I ordered it.
Does it come by email or by post?

ATIP is supplied as an email, at least in the three cases where I have requested it.

Hi there! What information is stated in atip? I was rejected for tourist visa 2 years ago. Should i request for atip before re applying for tourist visa? Thanks in advance.
