ATIP Form Fill up changed need opinion

hi guys hope everyone is well

I just checked the ATIP

before the last segment for applying for submission

It asks for consent

Proof of death

and

Id required

before it never required

Has any one faced this situation ?

Not sure what ATIP notes you're applying for, but I just went through the steps to apply for IRCC notes for myself under the Privacy Act and it didn't ask for any of that.

Do I need to complete concent form
And paid $5

If you're applying for your own (or family) application notes, use the privacy form. No consent form is needed. If you're applying for someone else, pay the $5.

I will apply for myself

So you mean I don’t need to complete concent form and no need to pay $5

I am little bit confused because my roommate said even if I apply for myself still I need to fill up concent form

Nope. Neither are required when you request information on your own file.
