Do not miss the 120 day deadline at any cost. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE ON THE 120DAY DEADLINE. Your documents should reach the visa office by 24th Jun for them to "Lock in" your date of receipt. I would suggest to courier your documents immediately.Take the fastest courier, even if you have to pay more so that it reaches by 24thJune. Consider the weekend as well. I do not know where you live but I can see only 3 calendar days for your documents to reach the visa office.

Hasan, if I understand correctly, you have received your IELTS results and you have to send the results along with the other requirements of your visa office TO the visa office by 24th June. I am sure you must have gathered all the required documents by now.

Well! if the Visa officer needs to confirm your status how would he contact? Is there a valid address? Hassan, I donot think you have the time to resolve this matter now. But please do sed the FULL DOCUMETS immediately.

I am not sure but you may be able to send the contact details later after you get help from senior members of the forum.

Send the full documents with a cover letter mentioning why you could not gather the FAX# or contact details. Send as much as information you can regarding the company..like paystubs etc which will have atleast some information regarding the company.

DO NOT MISS THE DEADLINE.

Hassan,

You do not have time. They will reject your application if it does not reach on time.

It should be mentioned on your forms and receipt regarding "Where to send" the full documents. Again, in the cover letter mention why you could not get the bank statement and indicate that you will send it soon.

We can all tell you places to send which may be incorrect. Follow the instructions in your letter and no one elses opinion as to where to send
